Botanique

Formerly a national botanic garden, Botanique is a Brussels-based cultural centre dedicated to music and art exhibitions. The launch of young musical and artistic talent through concerts (300 per year) and exhibitions (10 per year) is our absolute mission and passion. Our music festival in May (Les Nuits Botanique), together with a year-long cultural season, welcomes numerous musicians from international artists to small local Belgian groups. Particular attention is paid to the local scene as Botanique aims at developping artistic careers in Belgium and abroad. These bands also elect residence in Botanique, meaning that they benefit, for a set period of time, of a venue and ideal conditions to the outcome of their creation, including rehearsals.
