Roger Raveelmuseum

The Museum Roger Raveel opened in 1999 by the Roger Raveel Foundation, to give as much attention as possible to the oeuvre of artists Roger Raveel. The museum's rich collection encompasses more than 300 paintings, hundreds of drawings, objects and installations and a complete overview of Raveel's graphic work. The museum organises four temporary exhibitions per year, in which Raveel's work is placed in a specific context. This widens the traditional framework of monographical museum, and provides a wide framework for an in-depth consideration of modern and contemporary painting. The museum is part of the network E17west.
