Narcissus Quartet

Narcissus Quartet

This sparkling group consists of some of the greatest talents of the new generation of jazz musicians. The band distinguishes itself by its intensity and the creative and spontaneous way both originals and free improvisations are played. Free improvisations obtain the strength of composed music just as composed material develops into improvisation. The members of Narcissus were invited to play with bands/musicans like Michael Brecker, Branford Marsalis, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Toots Thielemans and Roy Hargrove. Narcissus is: Robin Verheyen, saxophone. Flin van Hemmen, drums. Clemens van der Feen, bass. Since 2008, Narcissus welcomes Jozef Dumoulin (piano) to join them on their musical journey.
