Freedman combines a timeless acoustic sound with an electrifying, intoxicating flow. The rootsy songs are written by Filip Stuerbout (vocals/acoustic guitar). Live he plays in a rock and roll combo with Jef Scheepers (double bass) and Marijke Hellemans (semiacoustic guitar). To record Couldn't even Swim the trio also invited Ace Zec on drums and percussion.
