KESKI.E.SPACE vzw creates dance performances on location for a young audience. The company developed their own dancing language that communicates in a visual and theatrical way. Consisting of daily, recognisable movements that alternate with abstract dancemoves, this language is accessible without becoming superficial. Throughout all artistic projects, the focus lies on the dialogue between the creative concept and the location. Together, they form the starting point for every production and continue to comment on, influence and inspire each other. The spectator is a visitor in all of this - he or she is offered a new perspective on a daily context or gets acquainted with a new location - although at times, the audience also takes up a more active role. With KESKIE.E.SPACE every performance is an experience, provoking both a confrontation between art and society as well as a reflection on our daily reality, but always close to the skin of its audience's world.
