Kenny Clarys

Kenny Clarys, (Antwerp 29-10-1983) is a musician and producer.
As a musician he had multiple music educations and graduated from ‘Dé Kunsthumaniora’, option classical music – violin.
Secondly he graduated from the conservatorium Gent option music production. He plays piano (keyboards - hammond) and violin and plays for different bands and artists live and in studio. He worked for example with Hans Francken, Joeri Fransen, Peter Evrard, Michael Garvin, Andy Treacy , Jonathan White, Jo Cassiers, and more.

As a producer/ sound engineer he did recordings in various studios, for example Motormusic Studio’s, JEM studio, SAE studio Rotterdam, studio Rosmalen, Bijloke studio. He writes arrangements, makes recordings and productions for various singer/songwriters and bands. He did studio work for the new Clouseau album ‘Zij aan zij’ (editing drums), and for the album ‘Terug normaal!’ from Els de Schepper he edited the lead vocals.

He was also active as a singer in a choir: he was part of the backings on some of the tours of Helmut Lotti in Germany. In the choir Fine Fleur he participated two years in ‘Night of the Proms’.
