Laura De Jaeger

The practice of Laura De Jaeger (1995) is located between site, language, and fiction. Objects and spaces that are currently resting are the centre of attention. De Jaeger researches how daily use charges, shapes, and reshapes them. Through gathering, casting, and paraphrasing, she steers stories between subject, object, and space. Here, the last two receive the leading role. She approaches artistic practice as a platform that can be writing, reading, inviting, gathering, and organising as well as material.
