Messidor

Messidor has been formed by Brussels and Ghent based artists Meggy Rustamova, Pieter Geenen, Sirah Foighel Brutmann  and Eitan Efrat in order to discuss, to question and to practice the value of joining forces in today’s artistic realm. Messidor maintains the capability of adapting to its artists’ changing needs for producing artworks, presenting them and promoting a dialogue. Alongside a joint effort to distribute their work and to share means of production, Messidor’s artists invite colleagues from different disciplines, in a series of events, to share and speculate together on practice-based concerns as well as to discuss issues that affect current political environments.
