Some galeries do not only sell art works, but also engage with the artist to support research and artistic development.
Box Galerie
Box gallery, founded in Brussels in 2004, has been installed since 2015 in a space decorated by the architectural firm Vanden Eeckhoudt & Creyf.
It is directed by Alain D'Hooghe, who has dedicated himself to the study, promotion and dissemination of author photography since the 1980s.
The gallery defends the photographers it represents by regularly organizing exhibitions of their work and by permanently preserving prints of their works to offer them to collectors.
