Hageltoren / Tour à Plomb

The sports and cultural centre Hageltoren (Tour à Plomb) is a community centre intended for various forms of reflection, expression and creation on a cultural, socio-cultural, artistic and sporting level. It falls under the competence of the Youth Service of the City of Brussels. As a neighbourhood infrastructure, the Centre Hageltoren - Tour à Plomb is made available as a priority to the people of Brussels, especially the inhabitants and organised groups (non-profit associations, public services and institutions) of the Bloemenhof neighbourhood.
