As Woest, Manon Avermaete and Paulien Truijen have gained reputable support within the field of street- and location theatre over the years, which is a remarkable feat, considering their explicit foundation in dance theatre. The hardness of street tiles, the unpredictability of weather conditions and audiences have never prevented them from creating what they would have in a regular dance studio: heavy choreographies full of floor- and partnerwork and lots of physical risktaking. They've made breakneck dance theatre with a touch of the surreal their trade name, and consider the outside world as one enormous stage and an endless source of inspiration.
