4Hoog Productiehuis

4Hoog is a theatre production company that creates pieces for young children from 3 to 12 years of age, with a specific focus on the youngest audiences under 5 years old. It provides a proper place for performing arts for children within the larger art domain, and gives them the artistic validation they deserve. 4Hoog was founded in 1997 by Raf Walschaerts (Kommil Foo) and Caroline Lanoye, caterin to the sparsity of high-quality and professional children's theatre. Since 2001, 4Hoog has received a structural subsidy. In 2003, the artistic direction was passed on to Frans Van der Aa.
